Dr. Alex Sable entered the PT world after she sustained a serious ankle injury while pole vaulting in high school. She kept looking for the right physical therapist to get her through this injury, but no one gave her the attention and care she needed. She went back to school to study physical therapy so she could become that missing link for injured athletes. Her PT goal is to not just to reduce your pain but to get you back in the game quickly and live your most active life possible.
Dr. Allie Nachtman first encountered physical therapists after suffering leg injuries in junior year of high school. At the clinic, she was fascinated to see so many people being helped by one person and decided that she wanted to make the same impact with her life. Her search for a clinic that aligned with that purpose led her to InstaCare Physical Therapy, and with it's patient-centered care model she knew it was a match. When she's not spending time outdoors, you can find her making a difference in the lives of her patients by helping individuals get back to their best physical self.
